A late Victorian ruby, sapphire and diamond dress ring, the rectangular panel with a row of oval cut rubies and sapphires with a central row of old mine cut diamonds, hallmarked Chester 1898, finger size O 1/2, 4.9g gross
There is abrasion to the sapphire and ruby crown facets. The outer claws to each stone has worn down - they all need re-tipping, but the stones are currently secure. The central diamond has either a large chip/natural, but it appears to have not been circular when originally set.
